Our Responsibilities ViaSpanish organizes Spanish language courses in Argentina and Latin America. Where ViaSpanish is represented by agents, travel agencies or other parties, the company is not liable for any damage or compensation resulting from any agreement or information exchange between the client and these agents. Instead, recourse should be sought with these agents directly by clients in case of disagreement or damages.
Student Responsibilities  ViaSpanish accepts no responsibilities for students' actions. Students are expected to obey the laws, adapt to the customs of their host country and host family. ViaSpanish reserves the right to expel (without refund) any student whose behavior violates the policies and rules or those of program providers, tour operators, host families, etc. The abuse of alcohol and any possession or use of illegal drugs will result in immediate termination of the program without refund. Any expenses incurred by ViaSpanish, the host family, or the educational institution in terminating the program of a student will be the responsibility of the participant.
Travel Transfers and Visa  Our prices do not include flights or other transport to our schools. Students must make their own travel arrangements and are responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, such as a valid passport and visa. We will, of course, be pleased to provide students with detailed advice on the best route to our schools. However, we do offer airport transfers in most locations, for an extra fee. We must receive full flight details at least 7 days before students are due to arrive in their country of choice.
Client Documents and Insurance  The client is fully responsible for adequate travel documents, travel insurance and medical insurance. Travel insurance is recommended, as is personal liability insurance for any claims that may arise outside instruction times. Any non-compliance and any resulting damages are the sole responsibility of the client.
