Student Activities
Spanish student activities
are normally offered 2-3 days a week in Playa del Carmen in order to supplement
the student experience without interfering with Spanish school coursework. The
coordination of these activities are included in each student's Spanish course!
Most activities offered are free or at a low cost for students, such as entrance
fees or meal costs.
Our ViaSpanish language institute staff is always on hand to answer questions and
explain local cultural activities to our Spanish students. Here are some
examples of our Spanish student activities around Mexico:
- Weekly conversation club
- Weekly movie club
- Guitar lessons
- Salsa classes
- Volleyball games
- Lectures on Mexican history, Zapotecan culture, etc
- Cooking classes
- Arts & crafts workshops
- Singing classes
